the LORD build the house, they labour in vain that build it:
except the LORD keep the city, the watchman waketh but in vain.
It is vain for you to rise up early, to sit up late,
to eat the bread of sorrows: for so he giveth his beloved sleep.

주님께서 집을 짓지 아니하시면 그 짓는 이들이 헛되이 수고하게 되려니와,
주님께서 도성을 지켜주지 아니하시면 그 파수꾼이 깨어있어도 다만 헛되이 지새리로다.
너희가 일찍 일어나며, 늦도록 앉아있고, 설움의 빵을 먹는 일도 헛되리니,
